Why would you give away free support?

Some very basic computing maintenance will help you keep your machine running. I'm not that interested in inflating tyres or refilling windscreen wiper reservoirs (to give a motor vehicle analogy). Besides, this is a chance for me to demonstrate my competence, and persuade you that I know what I'm doing. When something more serious happens, hopefully you'll turn to me for paid support.
