Support Contracts

Why would I want to sign a support contract?

• Preventative maintenance.
  Instead of only coming out when your computer blows up, I'll come on a regular basis, fixing minor problems before they get out of hand.
• Your computers' details will be familiar, and so repairs will take less time.
• Computer systems improvements, not just emergency repairs.
• Gradual, phased-in solutions to problems.
• Cheaper support.

Why would I not want to sign a support contract?

• Remote Support could go bankrupt.
• Someone better could come along.
• I don't want to pay for unused support hours.
• I don't yet know how good/fast/reliable Remote Support is.
