Casual Support

When you want to book us to come around and fix your computer. You don't want to pay for a contract, you don't need priority support, you just want to get your computer back up and running.

You have several options:

1. On-site support - we'll fix it while you watch.
2. Pick-up support - we'll take your machine, fix it, and bring it back.
3. Drop-off support - we'll fix your machine, and call you when it's working.
4. Remote support - we'll try to fix it over the internet, while you watch.
