Jolyon Forsyth has been of great assistance to us in recent months in developing and implementing a workable and affordable IT strategy for our business. All the work he was contracted to conduct was executed on time, to budget and with attention to our unique requirements.

- Physical installation of cat 5e ethernet cabling to create a reliable and next-generation compatible network
- Selection and installation of Switch/Router/Firewall to share internet access and protect office network
- Install and setup of RAID hardware for increased reliability of central data storage
- Configuration of office computers to use new network and internet connection
- Specialised setup of laptops for internet access via network in the office, and dial-up on the road
- Research and implementation on customizing MTU size to work around Telstra issue with sending email
- Research and fix for integration between Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word
- Advice on security and bandwidth issues regarding wireless networking
- Choice of VPN capable hardware to meet future off-site networking needs
- Customised training of staff to enable use of new systems
